  • Checking for oil leaks
  • Shaft bearings and motor lubrication if required
  • Checking for any unusual vibrations or noise
  • Inspecting the thermostat
  • Inspecting the compressor and checking operation pressures
  • Inspecting of the electric heat strips
  • Inspecting all the wiring and electrical components and connections
  • Checking and evaluating all fan motors, blades and compressors
  • Testing and inspection of safety controls
  • Inspect outdoor disconnect
  • Clearing the condensate drain line
  • Inspect evaporator coil


Any need repairs / service or refrigerant is an additional cost Repair discount (5%)
